HELIOS fund, established in 2011 with a duration of 15 years, is a closed-end real estate fund reserved to qualified investors, set up for optimizing the real estate portfolio of its sole shareholder (an Italian leading insurance company).

The first contribution concerned a portfolio of residential assets with the aim to perform an asset-by-asset fractioned sale strategy. Subsequently, the fund invested part of the cash generated by the residential sales in office buildings located in Rome and Milan.
