Investire SGR currently manages 55 real-estate funds with assets in excess of €7 billion. Our funds have invested in different real estate sectors and are either listed on the Stock Exchange or reserved to institutional investors and professional brokers.

Graduated in Economics from Rome University “La Sapienza”, Dario held various leadership positions in the financial sector, including Treasury Manager at Cofiri, Treasury Manager and Asset/Liability Manager at Cariverona Banca SpA and Financial Risk Manager at Mediocredito. In 1999 he started working in the real-estate sector at Beni Stabili SpA as Corporate Development Manager, responsible for business planning, strategic projectsand investor relations. During this period he worked on the spin-off and listing of Beni Stabili (the leading Italian property company) and on some key real estate transactions (such as acquisition of a Telecom company branch for an amount of 2.9 billion euro). During that period he was also Board Member of various companies in the Group. With Banca Finnat Euramerica SpA Group since September 2001, he played a pivotal role in the development of Investire Immobiliare SGR SpA (now InvestiRE SGR SpA), of which he has been the Managing Director since February 2002. He supervised all the most relevant real-estate transactions carried out over the years, such as the launch of the Fondo Investire Residenziale 1 and 2, FIP, Obelisco and FIEPP funds for a total of over 4 billion Euro of assets under management.

Graduated with honours in Economics and Business from “La Sapienza” University in Rome, Professional Accountant and Auditor, he has approx. 30 years of experience in Real Estate and Finance, having held high level positions in the Advisory, Property, Asset and Fund Management sectors with some leading national and international real-estate players. In 1991, after serving as Reserve Officer in the Guardia di Finanza Corps, he started his career in strategic consulting with the set-up of the Real Estate practice at Arthur Andersen MBA. In 1995 he joined as Senior Project Manager the Ina Assitalia Group, responsible for the restructuring of the Real Estate investment and management area, which then led to the set-up of the first property company quoted on the Italian stock exchange - Unim S.p.A. – in which he served as Head of Organisation and Information Systems. Between 1999 and 2009 he worked in Pirelli Real Estate, with increasing responsibilities in the Property and Fund Management sectors, until 2007 when he was promoted to Executive Director Asset Management & Services Italy with responsibility for coordinating the product and market services of the Italian offices, with a portfolio under management of over € 5 billion. In 2009 he joined Investire Immobiliare SGR SpA (now InvestiRE SGR SpA) as General Manager and later took on the role Executive Director in the Company's Board of Directors. Today he is Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors.

	Alessandro Polenta

Graduated in Economics and Finance from “Luigi Bocconi” University in Milan, he has approx. 20 years experience in Real Estate. After having worked in Financial Planning and Control area, in 2003 he joined the Asset Management team of Pirelli Real Estate SpA; in 2007 he moved to Sopaf SpA as Head of Real Estate Division and he was also Board Member of the subsidiary company Polis Fondi SGR. In 2012 he joined Polaris Real Estate SGR as Director of Fund Management Area, role that he continues to hold after the merger of Polaris with Investire Immobiliare SGR (now InvestiRE SGR SpA). He continues to work with InvestiRE as Head of Development Structuring & Portfolio Acquisition - supervising all the fund acquisition and real estate development activities - and then as Head of Advisory, Acquisition & Fund Raising, with business development responsibilities. Since April of this year he has held the position of Co-Managing Director of the SGR.
